Your internal capacity is full
You already have the welding work, but your current machines or staff are committed elsewhere.
Welding · External manufacturing for European businesses
You have the customer, drawings and production workload. ANKO coordinates project-based manufacturing in Serbia for welded work your business wants to subcontract.
Extend your welding capacity without immediately expanding your factory.
For fabrication businesses, manufacturers, contractors, industrial suppliers and engineering companies.
Defined scope · Technical review · Approved requirementsYou have the project. Where will the work be made?
A European company may win a project without wanting, or being able, to manufacture its complete welding workload internally. External manufacturing support can be reviewed for the agreed work while that company stays in control of its customer relationship.
You already have the welding work, but your current machines or staff are committed elsewhere.
You need another production route without immediately hiring more permanent staff or expanding your factory.
You want support for a particular project, a suitable production stage or recurring subcontract work.
Possible cooperation models
Review additional manufacturing capacity when your internal welding workload is temporarily full.
Discuss an agreed welding/fabrication scope to be manufactured against your drawings and approved project requirements.
A defined manufacturing stage may be considered where it is technically appropriate; the entire product need not be the starting point.
Discuss repeat production support for suitable products or projects, with the scope and requirements defined for your project.
Start with the information you have

Internal quality control follows the requirements of your specific job and the technical documentation approved for production.
Production-progress photographs and video are available on request. Relevant certificates and supporting documentation applicable to the proposed work can be reviewed before final agreement or the start of your project. Unless otherwise agreed, transport from Serbia to your specified EU delivery address can be organised as part of the project quotation.

Another requirement we can discuss
We can also review the complete fabricated assembly. Welding-only work remains a valid starting point.
One workload. A practical first step.
Send a current or upcoming project, or a defined part of its welding workload, for review. A project-specific proposal lets you compare the manufacturing + delivery calculation and expected timing with your current route.
Start with one requirement and compare the proposed manufacturing route, delivery and timing.
Not ready with a drawing? Send what you have.
We clarify the requirements and confirm technical feasibility, the manufacturing route and commercial terms for your actual requirement.
