Your machines or staff are committed
Review external capacity for overflow work or a new project that would overload your current schedule.
Tooling manufacturing for your production
Tooling manufacture for European businesses: start with your drawing, 3D model or a tooling requirement that needs design and engineering. ANKO coordinates the route from the requirement to the completed tool.
Your tool. Your production requirement. One manufacturing partner.
An NDA can be accepted before you send confidential drawings, models or technical documentation.
Keep the project. Keep the customer. Extend your manufacturing capacity through us.
Technical review → Approved requirements → Coordinated productionWhen your workshop is already committed
You may have an existing tool design or a production requirement that needs tool design and engineering. What you need is additional manufacturing capacity behind your business, while you remain your customer's commercial contact.
Review external capacity for overflow work or a new project that would overload your current schedule.
Consider a second source or selected work that is inefficient to manufacture internally, without immediately investing in new machinery.
Retain the project and customer relationship while one commercial contact coordinates the external manufacturing route.
For tooling companies, toolmakers, mould and die manufacturers, engineering businesses and industrial companies with internal tooling departments.
Different ways to cooperate
A complete tooling project or a defined manufacturing stage can be undertaken around your requirements.
Additional production when your own capacity is temporarily full.
A defined tooling job or selected manufacturing work for review and a project-specific proposal.
Tool design, toolmaking or a defined manufacturing stage for your production requirement.
Discuss recurring external production support, rather than only emergency overflow work.
Tooling capability · Project-by-project review
We manufacture customer-specific tooling, including punching/stamping tools, cutting tools and dies, bending/forming tools, deep-drawing tools, forging tooling, casting-related tooling and mould/tooling applications where technically applicable.
Start from an existing customer drawing or 3D model. Where you do not yet have the finished tool drawing/model, tool design and engineering can form part of the project.
Your relevant dimensions, material or finishing requirements, quantities and acceptance criteria, as applicable to the project.
Tool try-out can be performed where suitable machinery is available. Where appropriate production equipment is available, parts may also be manufactured using the completed tool. Both depend on the specific tool and equipment; neither is automatic.
Project review before quotation
Send the part or tool drawing, 3D model or production requirement, with intended use, material and quantities where known. We clarify the tooling requirements and prepare a project-specific proposal.
One commercial contact coordinates the agreed manufacturing route and delivery.
How we workLead time is confirmed individually for your project. Once the requirements and schedule are agreed, production starts from that schedule rather than an undefined future capacity window.
ANKO is responsible for manufacturing conformity in your order across the coordinated manufacturing route. If an item deviates from the approved technical documentation due to the manufacturing side, it is remade to that documentation. Responsibility follows the source of the error.
Internal quality control follows the requirements of your specific job and the technical documentation approved for production.
Production-progress photographs and video are available on request. Relevant certificates and supporting documentation applicable to the proposed work can be reviewed before final agreement or the start of your project. Unless otherwise agreed, transport from Serbia to your specified EU delivery address can be organised as part of the project quotation.
Customer drawings, models and technical documentation are treated as confidential business information. An NDA can be accepted before you provide confidential technical documentation.
