How we work · Serbia to Europe

From your drawing to delivered production.

ANKO coordinates project review, quotation, manufacturing, quality control and delivery — while you remain in control of the approved technical requirements.

A practical first step

Start with one real project.

Send us one current or recent project. We can review it and prepare a manufacturing proposal so you can compare our manufacturing + delivery price and expected lead time with your current production or sourcing calculation.

Start with one requirement and compare the proposed manufacturing route, delivery and timing.

Customer drawings, models and technical documentation are treated as confidential business information. An NDA can be accepted before you provide confidential technical documentation.

Before anything is manufactured

Clear requirements.
Informed approval.

01

Send us your project

Start with the information you have.

Depending on the project, useful initial information may include drawings or CAD files, quantities, materials, finishing requirements, technical specifications, delivery location and a target date. Every item does not have to be ready at first contact.

02

Technical review

We review before we quote.

We review the manufacturing requirements and clarify missing or unclear information before proceeding.

Nothing should enter production based on an assumption that changes the approved requirements.

03

Project-specific quotation

Know what you are comparing.

The proposal defines the relevant commercial scope: manufacturing price, transport/delivery calculation, expected timing and the defined project scope, where applicable.

The objective is to give you enough information for a real comparison with your current production or sourcing solution.

04

Approval before production

We manufacture against approved requirements.

The approved drawing, specification or project requirements become the reference for production and subsequent conformity checks.

Manufacturing & documented progress

See what is happening during production.

Production-progress photographs and video are available on request.

06

Quality control

The approved drawing is the reference.

Internal quality control follows the requirements of your specific job and the technical documentation approved for production.

Lead time is confirmed individually for your project. Once the requirements and schedule are agreed, production starts from that schedule rather than an undefined future capacity window.

Our Drawing Guarantee

ANKO is responsible for manufacturing conformity in your order.

ANKO is responsible for manufacturing conformity in your order, including work coordinated through the manufacturing route. If an item deviates from the approved technical documentation due to the manufacturing side, it is remade according to that documentation.

If the manufacturing is wrong

ANKO responsibility.

The product deviates from the approved drawing or specification.

  • Identify the deviation against the approved technical documentation.
  • Remake the item according to that documentation.
  • Inspect the remade item against the agreed job requirements.

The approved technical documentation remains the reference for the remade item and its inspection. Responsibility follows the source of the error.

If the approved drawing is wrong

Customer responsibility.

The product conforms to the approved drawing or specification, but the customer-supplied drawing or specification contains an error.

Customer design errors, incorrect customer data, unagreed performance assumptions and requirements never agreed are not covered by the manufacturing-conformity principle.

Responsibility follows the source of the error.

07

Delivery coordination

From Serbia to your specified destination.

ANKO can coordinate transport, the required accompanying transport/customs documentation and delivery to the agreed destination.

We coordinate the delivery process so you do not have to organise the Serbia-to-EU logistics chain alone.

Qualifying Serbian-origin goods may benefit from 0% customs duty under EU–Serbia preferential trade rules, subject to applicable rules of origin and documentation. Eligibility also depends on the applicable product classification.

08

Supporting your business

Your customer remains your customer.

You retain your customer relationship, your project/design and your local installation or execution. ANKO acts as your manufacturing and delivery partner.

Our role is to support your business with external production capacity. Local installation and service remain with your team or local partner.
