Industrial Metal Products · Repeat & Series Manufacturing

Your product.
Your specification.
Our manufacturing capacity.

Manufacturing support for European businesses with their own finished metal product or a product requirement to review.

Send your drawing, specification, reference product or available manufacturing information. ANKO reviews whether the agreed requirement can be manufactured and, where suitable, supported through repeat or series production.

Your product is the starting point. Previous examples are manufacturing evidence, not a fixed catalogue.

One real product · A possible ongoing relationship

Manufacturing behind your requirement

Bring your product.
We review the route.

For manufacturers, equipment companies, industrial suppliers and distributors with their own products — including smaller businesses with a serious initial requirement.

Your product does not need to look like the examples below. You do not need to choose an ANKO model.

01

A drawing or specification

Start with the product and requirements you already have.

02

An existing product or reference

Discuss the available manufacturing information and what needs to be defined for review.

03

A sufficiently developed concept

Begin the conversation with what you know. Sufficiently defined and approved manufacturing requirements are needed before production.

A first requirement can become ongoing manufacturing

From the first agreed result
to future production.

A commercial route to discuss, adapted to the product and agreed scope.

  1. 01

    Your product / requirement

Drawing, specification, reference product or available manufacturing information.

  2. 02

    Manufacturing review

Review the requirement, suitable route and information needed before acceptance.

  3. 03

    First agreed result

Manufacture and verify the first agreed result against the approved requirement.

  4. 04

    Review and approval

The agreed requirement and approved result establish the reference for the agreed scope.

  5. 05

    Repeat production, where suitable

Discuss future requirements or batches against the agreed reference. Scope and availability are reviewed.

You can begin with one product, sample/reference, drawing or initial requirement. No large production programme is needed to start a discussion.

Your requirement defines the work.

Four evidence groupings show manufacturing breadth. These are not catalogue departments or standard products available to order. The photographs do not establish series quantities or ownership of the designs.

Cabinets, drawers & compartment storage

Cabinet, drawer and compartment forms illustrate different storage requirements that have been manufactured.

Manufacturing evidence · 02

Workstations & furniture frames

Work surfaces, storage and supporting frames can form part of a customer-defined finished-product requirement.

Enclosures & housings

Enclosure bodies illustrate access openings and defined product form. The intended function and required scope are reviewed for your product.

Specialised fabricated products

A more specialised fabricated unit can combine several defined elements. Your specification determines what needs to be supplied.

The finished product defines the route.

We coordinate the manufacturing stages needed for your product, from the first defined requirement to the finished result. Repeat production is considered after the first result and subsequent technical and commercial agreement.

Approved requirements. Clear responsibility.

ANKO is responsible for manufacturing conformity in your order across the coordinated manufacturing route. If an item deviates from the approved technical documentation due to the manufacturing side, it is remade to that documentation. Responsibility follows the source of the error.

Internal quality control follows the requirements of your specific job and the technical documentation approved for production.

Production-progress photographs and video are available on request. Relevant certificates and supporting documentation applicable to the proposed work can be reviewed before final agreement or the start of your project. Unless otherwise agreed, transport from Serbia to your specified EU delivery address can be organised as part of the project quotation.

Customer drawings, models and technical documentation are treated as confidential business information. An NDA can be accepted before you provide confidential technical documentation.

Manufacturing support behind your business

Your customer remains your customer.

You retain your customer relationship, commercial positioning and project control. ANKO provides the agreed manufacturing support behind your product requirement.

A suitable first requirement may develop into an ongoing manufacturing relationship, alongside your own production or suppliers.

Another requirement we can discuss

Does your product need dedicated tooling?

If tooling is needed for your product, include that requirement for review. Repeat manufacture follows technical and commercial agreement.

An initial requirement is enough to begin

Start with one real product.

Send the product requirement and information you have. Unknown technical details can remain open for the initial review; you do not need to specify the full manufacturing route.

Tell us whether this is a first requirement, existing product, potential repeat workload or additional manufacturing source.

An enquiry creates no order commitment.

Not ready with a drawing? Send what you have.

We clarify the requirements and confirm technical feasibility, the manufacturing route and commercial terms for your actual requirement.

Your enquiry summary

Prepare a summary of your requirements to review, copy or download.

Your enquiry has not been sent.

One-off work and small, medium or large/repeat series can be considered. Technical feasibility, manufacturing suitability and commercial viability are established for your specific job; there is no universal minimum quantity.
